Curtis Menchaca is a seasoned sales and energy professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning investment banking, oil and gas, and technology. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he began his career with Lehman Brothers, where he spent 12 years developing a strong foundation in finance, business development, and complex transactions.

With deep roots in the energy industry, Curtis returned to oil and gas to pursue his passion for the business. Throughout his career, he has worked with major operators including ExxonMobil, Marathon Oil, Shell, Chevron, and BP, providing solutions ranging from 3D seismic software to exploration and production support. His experience spans the full energy lifecycle, including drilling and operating wells, evaluating opportunities, and marketing working interests.

Curtis brings a unique combination of financial expertise, technical knowledge, and hands-on industry experience. Known for his relationship-driven approach, he is committed to helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity.

Curtis lives in Liberty Hill, Texas, with his wife, Alishia, and their two children, Piper and Tanner. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on Lake Travis, boating, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
